Level 1 — Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
This 60-hour ICF Level 1 accredited program meets the educational requirements for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. Delivered virtually via Zoom — a combination of 30 hours live instruction (including 10 hours ICF group mentoring and 3 hours 1:1 mentoring with Dr. Lisa Leit MCC) and 30 hours eCourse content. Two pathways available: Cohort (structured weekly classes, as scheduled — see Events page ↗) or Fast Track (self-paced Monday drop-in).

Level 2 — Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
Level 1 + advanced coach-specific training. Coaches choose personalized tracks designed to match their desired niche and client focus area. Opens doors to corporate, organizational, and HR program delivery.
Level 3 — Master Certified Coach (MCC)
The pinnacle of ICF coaching credentials. Level 1 + Level 2 + advanced Level 3 tracks. Designed for coaches who want to work at executive, premium, and master-level programs. Same personalized track selection as Level 2 — advanced depth.
AATC — Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC)
The 68-hour Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching curriculum aligns with the ICF Team Coaching Core Competencies. Uses cutting-edge interactive software with validated individual and team assessments (Teams Pulse™, DPI Team, 360 Leader™) to engage and delight teams while fostering measurable results. Opens access to team and organizational coaching contracts.
ACHE — American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (Optional Add-On)
The HWH All-in-One Holistic Wellness Coach certification meets requirements for ACC, PCC, and MCC ICF credentials AND prepares students for ACHE Hypnotic Coach certification. A unique dual-credential pathway for coaches who want to integrate subconscious change work into their practice. Self-paced over 15 months to 4 years — all virtual.
