This 60-hour ICF Level 1 accredited program meets the educational requirements for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. Do I need prior coaching experience to join? ▼

No prior coaching experience is required for Level 1 enrollment. The All-Access Coach Club welcomes coaches at all stages — whether you're brand new to coaching or already practicing and looking to credential, deepen your tools, and scale your business. The program is designed to meet you where you are.

What's the difference between Level 1 enrollment and the All-Access Coach Club? ▼

Level 1 ($2,500 + $99/month) is the 60-hour ICF Level 1 program alone — ACC credential eligible, with a pathway to upgrade. All-Access Coach Club ($5,000 + $199/month) gives you lifetime access to every credential level (Level 1, 2, 3, AATC), all 6 assessments, the cobranded platform, AI personas, eCourse marketplace, revenue share, and ongoing weekly supervision, mentoring, and community. One investment unlocks the full ecosystem.

How long does certification take? ▼

The program is entirely self-paced. The full All-Access pathway (Level 1 through to AATC) can be completed in as little as 15 months or spread over up to 4 years — entirely on your schedule. Level 1 alone can be completed in 12 weeks or stretched over a year. All live sessions are virtual via Zoom.

Is the training accredited? ▼

Yes. The HWH program is ICF-accredited at all levels — Level 1 (ACC), Level 2 (PCC), Level 3 (MCC), and AATC (ACTC Team Coaching). ICF credentials are the global standard for professional coaching. The optional ACHE Hypnotic Coach track is accredited by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners. All credentials are valid for international practice.

What is the $199/month platform fee for? ▼

The $199/month covers your active platform license — your cobranded app (all 5 coaching contexts), AI coaching personas (Clara, Mojo, Sofie, Fergus & Zola), assessment administration, client dashboards, eCourse marketplace access, ongoing weekly supervision, group mentoring, and community membership. This is your operational foundation as a practicing HWH coach. Payment via Stripe (processed through HWH Spain). If the license lapses, platform access is suspended within 24 hours; reinstatement within 15 minutes of payment.

Can I start coaching clients before I finish the full program? ▼

Yes. After completing Level 1 and achieving your ACC credential, you are eligible to begin working with clients using the HWH platform and assessments. Your cobranded app and platform tools activate as you progress — you don't have to wait for full program completion to start building your practice and earning revenue.

Are payment plans available? ▼

Yes. Flexible installment plans are available via Klarna, Afterpay, and Intuit Credit Karma — so you can spread the $5,000 enrollment investment across manageable payments. What are the Coach Club application requirements? ▼

The All-Access Coach Club requires an application and 3 professional references — reviewed and approved by the HWH Director. Level 1 (both cohort and Fast Track pathways) is open enrollment. Once approved for Coach Club, both Wix (one-time) and Stripe (recurring) payment confirmations are required before access is granted. Founding Member seats are limited to 50.
